Sowing Instructions

 

Sow seeds indoors from January to April for early summer blooms. Use seed trays or small pots filled with fine, well-draining compost. Lightly press the seeds onto the surface—do not cover, as light aids germination. Keep the soil moist but not waterlogged and maintain a temperature of 18-21°C.

 

Once seedlings develop their first true leaves, transplant them into individual pots and grow on in a bright, cool location. Harden off before planting outdoors after the last frost.

 

For best results, space plants 25-30 cm apart in a sunny, sheltered position with well-drained soil. Regular deadheading and feeding will encourage continuous flowering throughout the season.
