Sowing Instructions

 

Indoors:

Sow from February to April in trays or pots filled with moist seed compost. Cover lightly and maintain a temperature of 20–25°C. Transplant seedlings into individual pots once large enough to handle and grow on in warm, bright conditions. Harden off before planting outdoors or into a greenhouse.

 

Outdoors or Greenhouse:

Plant into fertile soil or large containers once temperatures are reliably warm. Water consistently and feed regularly with a high potash fertiliser. Support plants if needed and harvest fruits frequently to encourage ongoing production.
