Sowing & Growing

When to Sow February to May directly outdoors in prepared seed beds

Harvesting June to August with heavy crops of sweet pods

 

Sowing Instructions

Sow seeds in shallow drills 3–5cm deep, spaced 5cm apart in rows 45cm apart. Water well after sowing. Support plants with twiggy sticks or pea netting if needed. Successional sowings every 2–3 weeks extend the harvest season.
