Mexican Feather Grass Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This arching clump forming perennial grass has very fine green leaves with panicles of soft feathery flowers during summer.

Plant in mixed borders to add movement and structure.

All soil types that's are acidic, alkaline or neutral

Cut back in autumn or winter

Sow between March - May onto a seed tray of moist compost cover lightly with compost and place on a sunny window sill or in a propagator germinate at 15° - 20°.

When the seedlings are large enough take small clumps of grass and pot on in to individual pots to grow on.

Gradually harden off the plants before planting them out into their final growing position.
