Sowing Instructions

 

Start seeds indoors from March to May, 1 cm deep in moist, well-drained compost. Keep in a warm, sunny location at a temperature of 21-24°C for optimal germination. Once seedlings are large enough, transplant them into the garden or containers after the last frost.

 

Alternatively, sow directly outdoors in late spring, once the soil has warmed. Space plants about 45-60 cm apart to allow for their growth.
