This delightful half hardy annual has clusters of vanilla scented purple blue flowers that bloom during summer over pointed dark green foliage.

Grow in pots and containers on a sunny terrace or use to great effect towards the front of a sunny border.

Extremely attractive to Bee's and butterflies.

Sow between February - April in a propagator or on a warm window sill onto sieved moist compost and press the seed down gently.

Transplant the seedlings when they are large enough to handle into trays spacing the plants 5cm apart or small pots to grow on.

Harden off the young plants before planting out when all risk of frost has passed.
