Description

Greater Knapweed Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This popular hardy perennial has a delightful mix of pinky purple flowers that stand on errect stems flowering over a long period of time during summer.

They are a low maintenance plant that's flowers are very attractive to a host of wildlife.

Plant care no pruning required

Sow between February - June on a warm window sill or propagator into trays of moist compost cover with 6mm of sieved compost.

When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant into 5cm pots to grow on.

Gradually harden off the plants before planting out from April onwards for them to flower the next summer.
