Gazania Red with Ring Seed

A striking and heat tolerant annual with large, daisy like blooms in brilliant scarlet red, each petal marked by a contrasting dark central ring.

 

It forms low, spreading clumps of silvery green foliage and flowers continuously from early summer to the first frosts.

Sowing Instructions

 

Sow seeds 3 mm deep in trays or modules and keep at 18 to 22°C until germination. Transplant into individual pots when large enough to handle. Harden off and plant outdoors after the last frost. Space plants 25 to 30 cm apart. For best results, avoid overwatering and provide full sun.
