  • Description

A beautifully coloured first year flowering foxglove that fills borders with warm rose pink blooms and compact elegant growth.

Foxglove Warm Rose F1 is a refined and beautifully coloured variety that produces elegant flower spikes in warm rose pink shades. The blooms are soft and graceful with a gentle cottage garden charm, rising above compact leafy plants that fit perfectly into borders, beds and mixed plantings. The warm tones blend effortlessly with pastels, whites and silvers, creating a calm and romantic summer display.

This impressive F1 hybrid will flower in the first year, offering gardeners the beauty of foxgloves without the usual two year wait. The plants form neat rosettes of fresh green foliage and send up sturdy upright stems that carry a generous number of tubular blooms. The flowers are highly attractive to bees and other pollinators, making them a valuable addition to wildlife friendly gardens.

Foxglove Warm Rose F1 performs reliably in both sun and partial shade and is well suited to cottage gardens, woodland edges and perennial borders. Its compact habit makes it ideal for smaller gardens or for adding height without overwhelming surrounding plants. The blooms last well and create a soft vertical accent that enhances any planting scheme.

With its early flowering, warm colour and dependable growth, this variety brings elegance and charm to the garden from its very first season.

Sowing instructions
Sow seeds on the surface of moist free draining compost and press gently into place without covering, as foxglove seeds need light to germinate. Maintain gentle warmth and keep the compost evenly moist until seedlings appear. Transplant young plants into individual pots when large enough to handle. Harden off gradually and plant out after the last frost.

Grow and maintenance
Water regularly during dry spells and feed lightly to support strong flowering. Remove spent blooms to encourage continued production. Foxgloves prefer soil that is not overly dry and benefit from partial shade in hotter areas. Protect young plants from slugs and snails. Allow some plants to set seed if you want natural self sowing for future displays.
