Sowing Instructions

 

Outdoors: Choose a sunny, well-drained site and prepare the soil by raking to a fine tilth. Scatter seeds thinly over the surface and lightly rake in. Water gently and keep moist until established. For a natural look, sow in drifts or scatter randomly over a larger area.

 

Autumn Sowing: For earlier flowering, seeds can also be sown in September, allowing young plants to overwinter and bloom the following year.
