Festuca Glauca Varna Grass Seed

A compact evergreen grass forming tight rounded tufts of icy blue foliage bringing clean structure colour contrast and year round interest to borders gravel gardens and modern planting schemes.

 

Blue Fescue Varna produces fine needle like leaves in a striking blue grey tone that holds its colour through the seasons. Plants stay neat and dome shaped making them ideal for edging paths dotting through perennial borders or adding cool tones to rock gardens. In summer they produce soft airy flower stems that rise just above the foliage adding gentle movement without losing the plant’s tidy form. This variety is valued for its low maintenance nature drought tolerance and strong architectural presence.
