Sowing Instructions

 

Sow seeds indoors from March to May in trays or pots, covering lightly with compost. Maintain a temperature of 15–20°C and keep soil consistently moist. Transplant seedlings into individual pots when large enough to handle. Harden off before planting outdoors after the last frost, spacing 30 cm apart.

 

For direct outdoor sowing, scatter seeds in a well-prepared seedbed from August to September. Lightly rake and water gently. Plants will overwinter and flower the following spring.
