Sowing Instructions

 

Sow seeds indoors from March to April or directly outdoors from late April to May. For indoor sowing, scatter seeds onto trays or pots filled with fine compost, lightly cover with soil, and maintain a temperature of 18-21°C. Keep moist until germination occurs.

 

Once seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant them into individual pots and harden off before planting outside after the last frost. Space plants 30-40 cm apart in a sunny, sheltered position.

 

For direct sowing, scatter seeds over well-prepared soil, lightly rake, and water gently. Thin seedlings as needed for best growth.
