This bright and colourful half hardy annuals are grown for their mix of dramatic coloured foliage.

They are great for bedding displays planted in drifts or mixed container displays.

Sow between February - April on a warm window sill or propagator by sowing the seed on top of moist compost covering lightly.

When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant 5cm apart into trays or pots to grow on.

Gradually harden off the plants before planting out in June.

They can be grown year round as a houseplant.
