Cochlearia officinalis also known as scurvy grass is a hardy, nutrient-rich perennial herb historically valued for its high vitamin C content.

Sowing Instructions

 

Outdoors:

Sow seeds directly into prepared organic soil from May - August covering lightly with fine soil. Keep moist and thin seedlings to 20 cm apart once established.

 

Indoors (for early crops):

Sow in seed trays and keep at 15–20°C. Transplant young plants once they are strong enough to handle, spacing 20 cm apart in well-prepared organic soil.
