A traditional and aromatic herb producing daisy like flowers with white petals and yellow centres.

Sow March to May directly outdoors or in trays. Germination 7 to 14 days at 15–20°C. Soil and Position Light sandy well drained soil; prefers full sun. Height 30–60 cm with branching stems and daisy like flowers. Harvesting June to September; pick flowers regularly to encourage continued blooming.

 

Sowing instructions

Prepare a fine seed bed in full sun. Sow seeds thinly on the surface of moist soil and lightly press down without covering. Water gently and keep soil evenly moist until germination. Thin seedlings to 15 cm spacing once established.

 

Grow and maintenance

Grow in light sandy soil with good drainage. Water moderately and avoid overwatering. Deadhead spent flowers to prolong blooming. Chamomile Mayweed is hardy and low maintenance but benefits from regular harvesting to encourage fresh growth.
