Sowing Instructions

 

Sow seeds directly outdoors from March to June in well-prepared, finely raked soil. Sow thinly in rows 1-2 cm deep, spacing rows 30 cm apart. Keep soil moist, thinning seedlings to 5-10 cm apart as they grow to ensure plenty of space for root development.

 

For an earlier start, sow seeds indoors in seed trays or modules, and transplant seedlings outdoors once they are large enough to handle.
