Sowing Instructions

 

Start seeds indoors from February to April. Fill trays or small pots with fine, well-draining compost, sowing seeds thinly on the surface. Lightly cover with compost or vermiculite and maintain a temperature of 18-21°C. Keep the soil moist but not soggy, ensuring good air circulation. Once seedlings are large enough, transplant into individual pots and harden off before planting outdoors.

 

Outdoors: Direct sow from late April to May in a well-prepared, sunny or partially shaded spot. Scatter seeds thinly on the surface and gently press them into the soil. Water lightly and thin seedlings as needed to ensure proper spacing for healthy growth.
