Sowing Instructions

 

Outdoors: Sow seeds directly into well-prepared soil from March to September. Sow thinly, 2-3 cm deep in rows 30 cm apart. Once seedlings appear, thin to 10 cm apart for optimal root development.

 

For a continuous supply of young leaves, sow in succession every few weeks. Harvest leaves when young and tender, or allow roots to mature fully before lifting.
