Aster Unicum Pink Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This delightful annual has a bright powder pink spider like flowers that stand on study well bra stems fur summer.

They provide excellent summer colour in mixed beds and borders and also make a nice cut flower.

Sow March - May in a propagator or on a warm window sill between 18 - 21 degrees onto moist compost cover the seed with 3mm of sieved compost.

Transplant the seedlings when they are large enough to handle into trays or individual pots to grow on.

Harden off the plants before planting out after the risk of frost has passed planting 35cm apart.

Sow direct outdoors during May into warm moist finely raked soil thin the seedlings to 35cm apart.
