Sowing Instructions

 

Start seeds indoors from March to April in trays filled with fine compost. Lightly press seeds into the surface and keep at a temperature of 15–20°C. Water gently and maintain moisture until germination. Once seedlings are strong enough to handle, transplant them into small pots and harden them off before planting outside after the last frost.

 

Direct sow in well prepared soil from April to June or in early autumn for overwintering. Scatter seeds thinly, cover lightly with soil, and water well. Thin seedlings to 15–20 cm apart for optimal growth.
