Alfalfa Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

These sprouting seeds are extremely quick to grow and packed with nutrients.

Alfalfa has a pea like taste and are ready to eat in a week.

Wash the seed required in cold water drain and soak overnight in tepid water.

Drain and place in a jar and cover with a piece of muslin or woven cloth.

The seeds will increase x 4

Fill the jar with water to rinse then drain repeat this twice aday.

Place in a warm cupboard (55° - 70°).

When the seeds germinate move to a well lit position out of direct sunlight.

Still rinse daily.

Harvest when the shoots are 2.5 - 5cm long.
