Zinnia Dream Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This low maintenance hardy annual has large semi-double or fully double rosy purple flowers that bloom above lush green foliage providing great displays in mixed borders.

They are excellent plants for encouraging bee's and butterflies into the garden.

A lovely flower for summer flowering bouquets.

Deadhead to prolong flowering

Sow the seed between April and May 5mm deep into finely raked soil that's been well watered when the seedlings emerge thin to 25 cm apart.

Alternatively sow into seed trays on a sunny window sill March - April when the plants are large enough to handle transplant into trays to grow on.

Plant out when the risk of frost has passed.
