Sowing Instructions

 

Indoors: Sow seeds in trays of moist, well-drained compost from February to April. Lightly cover with a fine layer of compost and keep at 15-20°C. Once seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant them into individual pots and grow on in cooler conditions. Harden off before planting out after the last frost.

 

Outdoors: Sow directly into prepared soil in a sunny spot from April to May. Scatter seeds thinly and lightly cover with soil. Keep moist until germination occurs, and thin seedlings to 15-20 cm apart for optimal growth.
