Polyanthus Large Flowered Mix Seeds

Sowing instructions

Sow January to July into trays of moist compost. Cover lightly with sieved compost (around 5 mm is typical for small seeds) and keep evenly moist until germination. When large enough to handle, transplant into 7.5 cm pots to grow on, then harden off and plant out.

 

Grow and maintenance

 

Plant in sun to partial shade in well-prepared soil. Water regularly while establishing, then moderately. Deadhead spent blooms to extend the display through spring. Compact rosettes suit edging and containers.
