Polyanthus Large Flowered Mix Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This spring flowering hardy perennial has a mix of brightly coloured flowers that are perfect for mixed borders, containers and window box displays.

These spring flowering favourites will provide long lasting colour.

Also known as primula

Deadhead to prolong flowering.

Sow from January - July on a warm window sill, cool greenhouse or cold frame into trays of moist compost cover with 5cm of sieved compost.

When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant into 7.5 cm pots to grow on.

Gradually harden off the plants before planting out into their final flowering position from June onwards to flower the following spring.
