Sowing Instructions

 

Sow seeds indoors from February to April in seed trays or pots filled with fine compost. Lightly press seeds onto the surface, as light aids germination. Keep the soil moist and maintain a temperature of 18–22°C for optimal results.

 

Once seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant them into individual pots and gradually harden them off before planting outdoors after the risk of frost has passed. Space plants 25–30 cm apart in a sunny location with well-drained soil.
