Sowing Instructions

 

Sow indoors between January- April fill seed trays or pots with fine, moist compost and sow the seeds thinly on the surface. Lightly cover with a thin layer of compost and keep the soil moist. Maintain a temperature of around 18°C (64°F) until germination occurs. Once the seedlings are large enough to handle, prick them out into individual pots.

 

Transplant seedlings outdoors after the last frost, spacing them approximately 20 cm apart in a sunny location. They are ideal for containers, hanging baskets, and flower beds, where they will provide a wonderful burst of colour.
