Sowing Instructions

 

Indoors: Sow seeds in trays or small pots filled with seed compost from February to April. Cover lightly, maintain a temperature of 20–25°C, and keep the soil consistently moist. Once seedlings are strong enough, prick out into individual pots.

 

Outdoors/Greenhouse: Harden off seedlings after the last frost and plant out in a sunny, sheltered location with well-drained soil. Space plants 40–50 cm apart and provide support if necessary. Regular watering and feeding encourage maximum yield.

 

Harvesting: Pick peppers when fully red for the sweetest flavour and crispest texture. Regular harvesting promotes continued fruit production throughout the season.
