Passiflora Incarnata Seeds - Irish Plants Direct
 
This self twinning semi evergreen climber has dark green deeply lobed leaves leaves with stunning pale purple and white flowers. 
 
The oval yellow fruits that follow the flowers are edible and can be eaten or juiced. 
 
They make a lovely house plant for a conservatory. 
Over winter in a cool bright area with a temperature of 10°.
 
This medicinal plant may help with sleep problems or anxiety. Pour a cup of boiling water over one to two flowers and allow to seep for 10 minutes before sipping.
 
Sow February - April or year round
Germination takes 21 - 41 days
Loam, chalk or sandy soil that's acidic, alkaline or neutral 
Height between 1.5m - 2.5m

Soak the seed over night before sowing. 
Can be sown year round if temperatures can be maintained.
 
Sow between February - April 1cm deep into a tray of moist compost 5mm deep and place on a warm window sill, cold frame or cool greenhouse.
Germinate at between 25-30°
 
When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant into 7.5cm pots to grow on.
 
Plant out after the risk of frost has passed.
