Sowing Instructions

 

Sow seeds from March to April in individual pots, 0.5 cm deep, using fine compost. Soak seeds overnight to improve germination. Keep soil moist and maintain a temperature of 18–21°C. Harden off seedlings before planting outdoors once the risk of frost has passed.

 

Direct sow in May in a sunny, sheltered location with well-prepared soil. Sow seeds 1 cm deep and 30 cm apart. Provide a strong trellis or support for climbing. Water regularly but avoid overwatering.
