French Marigold Naughty Marietta is a stunning, easy to grow variety that produces bright golden yellow blooms with deep mahogany red markings at the centre.

These compact, bushy plants create a dazzling display in flower beds, borders, containers, and vegetable gardens, providing colour from early summer to autumn.

Aside from their ornamental charm, these marigolds are excellent companion plants, naturally repelling pests like aphids and nematodes while attracting pollinators such as bees and butterflies.

Sowing Instructions:

Indoors:

Sow seeds in trays or pots filled with fine compost.

Lightly cover with soil and keep warm at 18-22°C.

Keep compost moist until seedlings appear.

Once seedlings develop, transplant them into individual pots and harden off before planting out after the last frost.

Outdoors:

Direct sow in well-prepared soil after the risk of frost has passed.

Scatter seeds thinly and lightly cover with soil.

Water regularly and thin seedlings to 25cm apart.
