Sowing Instructions

 

Sow indoors from March to May. Surface-sow onto moist compost and press in lightly do not cover. Keep at 20 to 24°C. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle and harden off before planting out after the last frost. Alternatively, direct sow outdoors in late spring when soil has warmed.

 

Grow and Maintenance

 

Water during dry spells and feed occasionally for best results. Stake in exposed sites. Deadhead to prolong flowering or leave tassels to dry for ornamental use. Suitable for fresh or dried arrangements.
