Outdoors: Direct sow from March to May or August to September in a well-prepared, fertile soil. Sow seeds 1 cm deep in rows spaced 20 cm apart. Keep the soil moist, and thin seedlings to allow space for healthy growth. Harvest the leaves as they mature for the best taste and tenderness.
