Sowing Instructions

Indoors:

Sow from February to April in trays or modules filled with moist seed compost. Cover lightly and keep at 10–15°C. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle and harden off before planting outdoors.

 

Outdoors:

Sow from March to July in shallow drills 1 cm deep. Water gently and thin seedlings to allow heads to form. Keep soil moist to prevent bitterness and promote tender growth.
