Sow March to May directly outdoors in prepared beds. Germination 14 to 21 days at 15 to 20°C. Soil and Position Fertile well drained soil; prefers full sun. Height 90 to 120 cm with tall flower spikes. Flowering June to August.

 

Sowing instructions

Prepare a fine seed bed in full sun. Sow seeds thinly in drills 0.5 cm deep and 30 cm apart. Thin seedlings to 20 cm spacing once established. Water well after sowing and keep soil evenly moist during dry spells. Larkspur Imperial Mix is best grown in borders or cutting gardens for tall colourful displays.
