Sowing Instructions

Outdoors:

Prepare the soil by removing weeds and raking to a fine tilth. Scatter seed evenly and rake lightly to ensure good contact with the soil surface. Water gently and keep moist during germination. Allow plants to grow on before incorporating into the soil or leaving as a living cover.

 

Soil Improvement:

For use as a green manure, allow plants to reach 15–20 cm before cutting and digging into the soil. Leave to break down naturally to improve structure and fertility.
