Cynoglossum amabile, commonly known as Chinese Forget-Me-Not, is an enchanting biennial or annual cherished for its delicate sky-blue flowers and soft, velvety foliage.

 

The genus name Cynoglossum originates from the Greek words for "dog" (kyon) and "tongue" (glossa), a nod to the texture of its leaves. Sowing Instructions

Transplant seedlings into individual pots once large enough to handle, and harden off before planting outdoors after the last frost.

 

Outdoors: Sow directly into prepared soil from April to July. Scatter seeds thinly and cover lightly with fine soil. Keep moist until germination occurs. Thin seedlings to a spacing of 10 - 15 cm for optimal growth.
