Sowing Instructions

 

Sow seeds indoors from March to April or directly outdoors after the last frost. For indoor sowing, use seed trays or pots, lightly covering the seeds with compost. Keep the soil moist and maintain a temperature of 18–22°C for optimum germination.

 

Once seedlings have grown large enough, harden off and transplant them outdoors in a sunny, well-drained location, ensuring they are spaced 20 cm apart.

 

For outdoor sowing, scatter seeds on prepared soil, lightly rake, and water gently. Thin seedlings as necessary to maintain adequate spacing. Dill Monarch is perfect for regular harvesting; simply trim the leaves regularly to encourage fresh growth.
