Sowing Instructions

 

Sow seeds indoors from March to April, filling seed trays or pots with fine seed compost. Scatter the seeds thinly on the surface and lightly cover with compost. Keep the soil moist and maintain a temperature of 18-21°C until germination.

 

Once the seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant them into individual pots and harden them off before planting outdoors after the last frost. Space plants 20-30 cm apart in a sunny, sheltered location.

 

For outdoor sowing, wait until the danger of frost has passed and sow seeds directly into well-prepared soil, lightly covering them with soil. Thin seedlings to ensure they have enough space to grow.
