Dahlia Mignon Mixed Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This long flowering half hardy perennial has a delightful mix of brightly coloured flowers with a bright yellow centre.

They will provide long lasting colour during summer in beds, borders and summer container displays attracting a host of wildlife into the garden.

Seed selected by RSPB to attract wildlife.

Dead head to prolong flowering

Sow from Feb - April on a warm window sill or propagator by thinly sowing the seed on top of moist compost.

Cover with cling film until the seedlings emerge keep the compost moist.

When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant 5cm apart into trays to grow on or into small pots.

Gradually harden off the plants before planting out after all risk of frost has passed.
