Cosmos Xanthos Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This popular hardy annual is a compact variety with soft yellow blooms that stand above ferny foliage blooming during summer.

They are perfect for mixed beds and borders or container displays on a sunny patio.

Dead head to prolong flowering

Sow between February - March on a warm window sill or propagator into trays of moist compost cover with 6mm of sieved compost.

When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant 5cm apart into trays to grow on.

Gradually harden off before planting out after all risk of frost has passed.
