Sowing Instructions

Indoors: Sow seeds individually in small pots or modules from February to April. Use moist seed compost and cover lightly where required. Maintain a temperature of 15–20°C and keep the compost evenly moist. Harden off young plants gradually before transplanting outdoors once the risk of frost has passed.

 

Outdoors: Direct sow from April to May in a sunny, sheltered position with suitable support already in place. Plant seeds 1–2 cm deep and water gently. Thin seedlings as needed to allow strong, upward growth and good airflow.
