Seed Qty Approx 25 seeds

 

Sow February to April indoors in pots or trays. Germination 7 to 14 days at 20–25°C. Soil and Position Warm fertile well drained soil; prefers full sun and sheltered sites. Height 45–90 cm depending on variety. Harvesting July to October; pick fruits when green for milder flavour or allow to ripen to red yellow or orange for full heat and colour.

 

Sowing instructions

Sow seeds thinly in pots or trays filled with seed compost. Cover lightly and place in a warm bright position. Transplant seedlings into individual pots once large enough to handle. Harden off before planting outdoors after the last frost. Space plants 45 cm apart in rows 60 cm apart.
