Poppy Californian Single Mix Seed -Irish Plants Direct

This bright and colourful hardy annual will provide a riot of colour with this mix of bright and bold colours.

They bloom profusely over green feathery foliage during summer.

The flowers are ideal for attracting valuable wildlife into the garden.

☀️ Sow March - June

☀️Germination time 14 - 21 days

☀️Loam or sandy soil that's acidic, alkaline or neutral

☀️Height 40cm

☀️Plant in full sun

☀️Flowers July - September

☀️Planting ideas Beds, borders, cottage gravel, wildlife, coastal, low maintenance and pots and containers

☀️Also known as Eschscholzia

☀️Cut back the flowers after blooming

Sow from March - June 5mm deep where they are to grow into finely raked moist soil.

Gradually space the plants to 23cm apart.

Can be sown September to flower the following year.
