Calendula Orange King Seeds - Irish Plants Direct

This easy to grow half hardy annual has large fully double bright orange flowers that bloom over light green foliage during summer.

They provide long lasting displays in beds, mixed borders and pots on a sunny patio.

Use the petals as a garnish in mixed salads.

Sow the seed in a sunny border between March - May or September to flower the following year in warm moist soil that has been finely raked where they are to flower.

When the seedlings emerge thin them out to achieve spacing the plants 25cm apart.
