Sowing Instructions

Indoors:

Sow seeds on the surface of moist seed compost from January to March. Do not cover—light aids germination. Maintain a temperature of 21–24°C and keep compost evenly moist. Germination may take 2–3 weeks. Once seedlings are large enough to handle, prick out into individual pots and grow on in bright, warm conditions.

Outdoors/Containers:

After the last frost, harden off and transplant into borders, pots, or baskets. Space plants 30–40 cm apart. Water regularly and feed fortnightly for best results.
