Bergamot Herb Seeds

This hardy aromatic perennial herb has eye catching deep pink flowers that stand on tall stems above aromatic leaves that have a citrus flavour. 

The flowers can be dried to use in pot pouri or use the leaves in tea's and drinks. 

 

They provide long lasting colour in borders and are a magnet for bees and butterflies providing valuable nectar.

 

Sow February - May 

Sow between February - May on a warm window sill or propagator into trays of moist compost cover with 5mm of sieved compost. When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant into 7.5cm pots.

 

Gradually harden off the plants before planting out.
