Bellis Daisy Super Enorma Rose Ball Seeds

A romantic and richly coloured English daisy with fully double button blooms in deep rose pink.

 

Daisy Super Enorma Rose Ball forms neat low growing clumps of spoon shaped green foliage topped with profuse flowering stems. The blooms appear from late winter through spring and are highly attractive to bees and early pollinators.

 

This hardy perennial is ideal for borders containers alpine troughs and spring bedding. It thrives in full sun or partial shade and moist well drained soil.

 

Easy to grow and long flowering it pairs beautifully with spring bulbs and other low growing perennials.

Sowing Instructions

 

Sow seeds thinly on the surface of moist well drained compost and lightly press in. Do not cover as light aids germination. Maintain warmth at 15 to 20°C in a propagator or covered tray. Germination may take 2 to 4 weeks. Transplant seedlings into individual pots when large enough to handle. Plant out in autumn spacing 15 to 25 cm apart.

 

Grow and Maintenance

 

Water regularly during dry spells and deadhead spent blooms to encourage further flowering. Cut back after flowering to maintain shape. Suitable for edging containers and spring displays. May self seed in favourable conditions.
