Sunny Flowers Sunflower Lemon Queen Seed - Irish Plants Direct

This pretty sunflower has clusters of light yellow flowers on well branched strong upright stems.

Grow towards the back of a sunny flower border. They make a lovely cut flower for around the home.

Sunflowers are an excellent choice for encouraging wildlife into the garden.

Leave the seed heads over winter to feed the birds.

Sow between late April - May into a fine layer of raked warm moist soil 13mm deep where the plants are to grow.

Alternatively sow in March on a sunny window sill in pots.

Gradually harden off planting the sunflowers 50cm apart.
