Sowing & Growing

When to Sow February to April indoors for transplanting outdoors after frost or under glass

Harvesting July to October with heavy crops of sweet cherry tomatoes

 

Sowing Instructions

Sow seeds on the surface of moist fine compost in trays or pots. Lightly cover with compost or vermiculite. Maintain warmth until seedlings emerge. Transplant when large enough to handle into individual pots and grow on before planting outdoors or under glass. Space plants 45cm apart in rows or containers. Provide support with canes or strings.
